In a bowl add all purpose flour, coco powder, baking soda, baking powder, powderd sugar and sieve them twice to avoid air bubbles
In other bowl add condensed milk, oil and milk and mix them thoroughly and and dry ingredients and make pouring consistency and add chopped cashews
Take cake tin and brush with oil or ghee or butter and transfer this mixture to cake tin and tap twice
Pre heat oven for 10 min at 180°c and then place the tin and leave to bake for 40 to 50 min
Check with tooth pick weather it is done, by inserting tooth pick, if tooth pick is clear it is done (if it is sticky cake not yet ready) and let the cake cool down to room temperature
After the cake is at room temperature run knife along the cake tin and remove cake from the tin and transfer to cake stand
Cut cake into two parts and apply sugar syrup for both parts of cake and add choclate syrup to bottom layer of cake and place the other layer of cake over it
Place in freezer for 5 min
Take out and pour choclate syrup on the top of the cake and let it set for 15 min later arrange waffle sticks and white choclate and serve cool
